  Comment Coding Reports
  ----------------------

    Purpose:  The Comment Coding Reports is a way to categorize and organize open-end 
              comment textual data from Panelists.

    You create comment trees by quickly interpreting your panelists comments into 
              individual Categories, Themes, and SubThemes. 

    One Comment Tree can exists for each Result + Comment Attribute + Sample combination.

  Hedonic Attribute Comment Coding Report
  ---------------------------------------

    For intersecting your Panelist Comment Coding and an Hedonic Attribute from the Questionnaire.

    Similar to a normal Frequency report, but for each Comment Coded, 
      only include the panelists you applied to that Comment Code, and and breakout the  
      hedonic attribute response frequencies.  Optional apply a 2nd hedonic attribute breakout.


    Report Options:   Select an Hedonic Attribute

        Your selected demographic hedonic attribute breakouts by choice will appear on the report.

        If your selected hedonic question is demographic, and/or seen with only one sample, and 
        the test is a multiple sample test, the demographic hedonic will apply for any test sample. 


    Report Options:   Include a 2nd Hedonic Attribute Breakout

        A breakout of the breakouts from the 1st Selected Hedonic Attributes.
        Pretty advanced report.  Excel column count will be increased, Hed1 #choices *  Hed2 #choices.

        If your selected 2nd hedonic question is demographic, and/or seen with only one sample, and 
        the test is a multiple sample test, the demographic hedonic will apply for any test sample. 


    Report Options:   Microsoft Excel

        Indent Themes/SubThemes
          In Column A, row descriptions, optional indentation
          Category
             |-- Theme
                |-- SubTheme    (optional)

        Total Columns At Bottom
          Add two extra rows at bottom, after final Comment Tree row items.
          These added rows total actual normal frequencies for all unique panelists represented in the tree.
          Added row #1 totals the actual frequencies response counts, ie. normal frequencies.
          Added row #2 shows percentages of the actual frequencies response.
          When all panelists in the test are included and represented in the comment tree,
          the values in these two added rows should match exactly with the normal frequency reports.

        Disable Text Word Wrapping
          Force single line no wrap display.  Some text may extend beyond cell width.

        Excel Cells Display, Show Frequency or Show % Percentages
          The number of actual occurances for hedonic breakouts for panelists in category theme rows.
          The percentage of actual occurances for hedonic breakouts considering all panelist/rep 
          with comments in the test.

        Excel Cells Show a Dash instead of 0 value if 0
          Thr dashes frequently can give a much cleaner look.


    Report Details/Columns:

        The Frequency values, or % percentages, shown in the body of the report under Hedonic choice
        columns, are always calculated using By Unique Panelist logic.

        The Total Column shown in the body of the report just after the Hedonic choice columns,
        will always be the frequency number applicable to the report row, and not 
        impacted by the options for Excel Cells Display, Show Frequency or Show %ercentages.



  Advanced Options Screens
  ------------------------

    Delete the Current Tree shown above.  
        WARNING:  This will permanently delete the Comment Tree shown above.  
        Any Tree Delete occurance generates an event Audit Trail Log in the SIMS database.

    Verify All Comment Trees.  
        Administrative function for deep verification of database integrity and logic of all trees.  

    Backup All Trees to SQL File.  
        Administrative function for archival and Sensory Computer Systems debugging. 


    Options:

        Category 'Total' Column by:
          By Unique Panelists, only count a given panelist *once* in a category even if multiple 
             themes are selected under a category.
          By All Hits, count every hit in a category including multiple themes are selected 
             under a category.

        Theme 'Total' Column by:
            (Only applicable when Subthemes used)
          By Unique Panelists, only count a given panelist *once* in a theme even if multiple 
               subthemes are selected under a category.
          By All Hits, count every hit in a theme including multiple subthemes are selected 
             under a theme.

        Reps note
          For multiple reps tests, panelists + rep are considered independent observations, 
          so By Unique Panelists for multiple rep tests means By Unique Panelists + Rep


    Using the One selected Comment Tree in the List below:

        Goto:
          Will change the selected Tree on the main report screen, automatically selecting result code, 
          Comment Attribute and Sample.

        Import into Comment Tree:
          Will Append the entire selected Comment Tree to the current Comment Tree on the 
          main report screen.

        Delete:
          WARNING:  This will permanently delete the selected Comment Tree.  
          Any Tree Delete occurance generates an event Audit Trail Log in the SIMS database.
